When women enter their 40s, their hormones start to change dramatically which can wreak havoc with all areas of their lives.

They have been so busy building their careers and having a family that they’ve forgotten to look after their number one: themselves.

They stop eating healthily and exercising regularly. Anxiety and stress go up. Meditation and journaling go down. Or maybe they go to the odd gong bath and feel good for an hour but then they’re back at square one.

Their confidence starts to erode and they start to question their lives and choices. Limiting beliefs and trauma from their past start to seep through the cracks.

How can coaching help you?

As I began my journey of healing (because it is definitely a journey, not a destination), I started coaching others who were on a similar journey. And I discovered that there are lots of us! We are all unique women with our own constellations but many of the same issues came up again and again:

Breathe:

I believe in the power of nature, and so my coaching always starts by paying attention to your breath and natural energy. By connecting to this place, we are operating from our most resourceful state.

Believe:

Our work starts with self-belief and understanding where we are holding ourselves back in all areas of life when it comes to limiting beliefs. This phase can be a real eye-opener for many clients, especially women going through hormonal stages.

Balance:

Once we have worked through the first two stages we can step into who we truly want to be by becoming who we are at our core. From this place of inner calm, confidence and clarity, we can finally operate at our full potential.

TASTER package

This 4-session package gives us the time and space to work through an aspect of perimenopause that you are experiencing and would like to understand better. This can be really helpful when you know you need to make some lifestyle changes but feel overwhelmed and need support to get started. We dive into limiting beliefs and remove obstacles.

HEALTH/MINDSET

My 8 or 12-session package gives us a longer timeframe to work through your experience of perimenopause, understand how and why how it is impacting you the most and build your personal coping strategies. These sessions are individually created to suit you and your lifestyle and will cover areas such as nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, hormones, mindset, human connection, communication and more.

ADHD coaching

My 6-session ADHD coaching package focuses on the key executive function skills needed to thrive as a person and in the world of work: Self-awareness, emotional regulation (including RSD), motivation, impulsivity, memory and problem-solving. By identifying your strengths and learning tools to improve executive functioning, you will have a toolkit for life. These sessions can also be combined with a health/mindset coaching package as managing ADHD usually requires a holistic approach.
