Coaching with me

My mission is to empower neurodivergent women to thrive so that they can live with more calm, clarity and confidence. My coaching offers you a space to feel truly seen, heard and validated from which place we move on to consider your values, unique strengths and vision for your life so that you can thrive during this transformative time.

What to expect when we work together

My unique approach to coaching is centred on three separate pillars, as a simple path to help guide you on your journey through each stage.

1 - Breathe

I believe in the power of nature and healing your nervous system (which is often in fight or flight due to the high sensitivity of being neurodivergent), and so my coaching always starts by paying attention to your breath and natural energy.

By connecting to this place, we’re operating from our most resourceful state.

2 - Believe

Our work starts with self-belief, and understanding where we’re holding ourselves back in all areas of life when it comes to limiting beliefs.

This phase can be a real eye-opener for many clients, especially women going through hormonal changes and a late ADHD diagnosis. From procrastination and perfectionism to autism and anxiety, so many things come up in this crucial phase in the coaching process.

3 - Balance

Once we’ve worked through the first two stages we can step into who we truly want to be by becoming who we are at our core. This includes putting self-care at the heart of our lives, playing to our strengths and learning ways to manage the more challenging aspects of ADHD such as the executive functions.

From this place of inner calm, confidence and clarity, we can finally operate at our full potential.

Calm, Clarity & Confidence

Who it’s for: This longer online 1-1 programme is for women who are tired of pushing through and who are ready to stop masking, make peace with how they work, and build a life that works for them.

It incorporates RECHARGE & REBUILD and builds the blueprint for a new future - at home or at work - that includes CALM, CLARITY & CONFIDENCE. This is often needed in the case of a late diagnosis of ADHD, AuDHD or Autism as there is often much masking and automated behaviours that need time, consistency and patience to uncover, heal and replace.

In addition to Recharge & Rebuild, this 12-week programme includes:

Health Focus: A deep dive into one key area of health of your choice to help you transform it into an area of strength:

Hormones & Perimenopause |

Sleep

MIndset Coaching: Using NLP techniques where applicable to help understand and transform your neurodivergence so that it can work for you in all areas of your life.

  • "Caroline's coaching makes for a holistic, comprehensive and effective coaching experience."

“Caroline’s delivery and support was to the point and very clear. I always felt like I was heard and understood. She keeps you accountable with strong, clear communication explaining concepts, offering advice and providing constructive feedback. This kept me confidently on my path. I felt comfortable being honest about my challenges as they were met without judgement. I would definitely recommend Caroline to others, she is extremely knowledgeable, has many strings to her bow and this makes for a holistic, comprehensive and most importantly effective coaching experience.”

  • "Caroline has helped me more than I thought possible."

“Caroline is a fantastic Health coach! She has helped me more than I thought possible. As the sessions progressed I discovered more and more about why I haven't had success before. Caroline is so kind and understanding and incredibly knowledgeable, I always looked forward to my sessions each week. Thank you!”

  • "Caroline struck the perfect balance between direction and empathy."

“I had been working with a psychologist for over a year and gained so much personal insight through therapy, but I reached a point where I felt I needed something more specific and practical to help me address my ADHD challenges. I wanted focused support to build confidence in how I manage my ADHD day to day, particularly recognising when and how to apply the relevant tools I already have and add to them.

The sessions helped me bridge the gap between insight and action. Caroline helped me reconnect with my strengths and supported me to better understand the importance of tuning into my body and mind. One of the biggest shifts was recognising how vital it is to make time for what fulfils me and not just what drains me. This balance is something I’ll continue to work on, but it’s already helping me live with more energy and focus.

Caroline brought the right amount of direction, balanced with empathy. She created a safe, supportive space, but didn’t let me lose sight of why I was there. I appreciated her holistic and values-led approach, which felt completely aligned with my own beliefs about ADHD management. Every session gave me meaningful, practical takeaways that I could start using right away.

Caroline struck the perfect balance between direction and empathy, helping me move from insight to action in managing my ADHD. Having already done a year of therapy, I needed something more focused and practical, and Caroline delivered exactly that. She helped me reconnect with my strengths, listen to my body and mind, and understand the importance of making space for what truly fulfils me. Her holistic, values-led approach felt completely aligned with what matters to me. Most importantly, I respected and trusted her.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Caroline to anyone looking for compassionate, practical, and empowering ADHD coaching.”

  • "I am now much more aware of my triggers and techniques to recircuit the brain & body"

“I came to Caroline wanting to know why I was “losing it” with my kids and husband more often that I wanted to and a way to improve. She was the best guide through this process of peeling back the layers of what was going on, what was driving these me towards these dysregulated “fight or flight” responses. When we examined these together in the cold light of day, she successfully coached me on how to prevent these situations arising and what to do in the heat of the moment to redirect my irrational anger and frustration.

I was somewhat skeptical about the videocall aspect, but I am pleasantly surprised about how successful it has been, even in the online format of the coaching.

I am now much more aware of my triggers and techniques to recircuit the brain and body. Although I find some techniques hard to put into practice, I am grateful for having them in my arsenal and I am practising them much more than when I started.

Having Caroline, as an understanding, listening coach, help to unpick aspects of my life which brought me postnatal anger, shame and made me unhappy was essential in making me feel more accountable and get more of handle on my outbursts. When I’ve calmed down from my panics now, I now draw on the framework Caroline taught me to examine what went wrong and what I can do to “fill my cup up” so that I am less likely to get into these states.

I’m sure that if we had more than 5 sessions, the results would be more brilliant as well!”

  • "Caroline is a gentle, perceptive and highly skilled coach"

“I was going through some challenging life circumstances which were impacting my health. Thankfully, Caroline offered to help and knowing her background in health and coaching, I quickly said yes!

Caroline is a gentle, perceptive and highly skilled coach. She held space for me very delicately, which is what I needed the most. She understood the struggles I was going through well and was compassionate in her manner, while also gracefully helping me find a way forward.

She is a naturally sensitive coach who knows how to navigate a session without judgement and hold a safe space effortlessly. I felt very comfortable in the sessions and was often reminded of the options I have to take positive action that I could not see on my own.

The time spent with Caroline has gotten me through a tough period in my life with some lightness. Our sessions also provided a space for me to reflect and gain clarity on what is most important for me during profoundly stressful times.

I truly believe coaching to be the most efficient and sustainable way reach your goals, in this case health goals, and I highly recommend Caroline to guide you there. Thank you Caroline!”

  • 'If you're looking for a coach, look no further!'

(Caroline) worked closely with me to uncover my limiting beliefs. She helped me discover things I had not realised were holding me back from being the best version of me.

(She) gave me guidance, insight and support all of which empowered me to challenge my thoughts and build new, positive visions which in turn will help me work towards my life goals. Caroline is very insightful and no matter what the limiting belief was that we uncovered, she was able to educate me on the science behind it then motivate me to change my thought process.

I feel I have achieved so much in our sessions - thank you! If you are looking for a coach, look no further!"

  • 'I now have the tools to continue helping myself''

I feel fortunate to have come across Caroline. The sessions we had were individualised to me, she was empathetic, and I was able to achieve my goals with her help and support... I wanted to feel motivated in taking better care of my health. I’m a working mum, studying for a master's degree and have rheumatoid arthiritis…Caroline helped me identify barriers to achieving (my) goals and overcome them.

I’m pleased to say I feel more positive about things moving forward. My eating habits have improved.  I am signed up to exercise classes which I feel excited about. I no longer feel so overwhelmed and I’m looking forward to the future. I am deeply grateful for having met Caroline and the support she provided.

  • 'I can’t thank Caroline enough!'

Caroline was a much-needed lifeline in a difficult time, enabling me to give myself some grace and find a better balance to navigate this period of my life.

As a direct result of my sessions with Caroline I have carved out more time to take care of my needs, the upshot of which has been a much-improved relationship with my daughter.
